We process the information you provide (email and password) for the purpose of managing your registration as a user and granting you access to the AI demonstration environment. The legal basis is the express consent you grant by accepting this policy at the time of registration.

Conversations held with the AI (prompts) are processed solely for the purpose of generating the response requested by the user in real time.

3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

To provide the text generation service via Artificial Intelligence, we use the API of the provider together.ai (Together Computer, Inc.). When using the chat, the texts entered are processed by this provider's servers. Since together.ai is an entity located in the United States, use of the tool implies an international data transfer. By using the service, you explicitly consent to the processing of your prompts by this provider, subject to their own privacy and security policies. We do not share your email or password with said provider.

4. DATA RETENTION

Your account data (email) will be retained until you request its deletion.

5. USER RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection at any time by sending an email to info@cambrianintelligence.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
