1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering and using the assistant, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. NATURE OF THE TOOL (DEMO MODE)

The platform is a technical demonstration for purely illustrative purposes. The user expressly acknowledges that they are interacting with an Artificial Intelligence language model (LLM) and not with a lawyer or legal professional.

3. DISCLAIMER AND LEGAL ADVICE

The information generated by the AI does not constitute legal, juridical, tax, or professional advice of any kind under any circumstances. Cambrian Intelligence SL is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on responses generated by the system. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contain "hallucinations" (fictitious information generated by the AI). It is strongly recommended to consult a licensed lawyer for any real legal query or proceeding.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITIONS

The user agrees not to use the tool for unlawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to enter in conversations (prompts):

• Personal identifiable information of yourself or third parties.
• Special category data (health data, criminal records, trade union membership, religion, etc.).
• Information subject to professional secrecy, confidentiality agreements, or copies of real non-anonymised legal documents.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

As a demonstration environment, Cambrian Intelligence SL reserves the right to suspend, limit, or cancel access to the platform at any time and without prior notice, as well as not to guarantee uninterrupted availability of the servers or the underlying artificial intelligence API.
